Marc Goldin

They say if you love what you do, you'll never work a day in your life. This statement defines Marc Goldin's twenty plus year real estate career. With a background in telecommunications, Sales, and Marketing, Marc learned the way a business should be run. His decade long experience in the hospitality industry complimented that knowledge by forming a foundation of service so that his clients' needs are not only met, but exceeded.

Marc began his career helping home buyers and sellers realize their real estate dream of home ownership in the greater Atlanta area. Several years into his career, and as the market appeared to be changing, Marc added property management to his real estate repertoire. After building his team and becoming a top producer at the DeKalb Association of Realtors - where Marc Has been in the top 10 since he joined the association - Marc founded his company The Goldin Group. Since 2012, Marc and The Goldin Group have successfully served buyers, sellers and investors in residential, multi family, and commercial real estate helping them achieve their real estate goals.

While Marc loves real estate, his true love is being a father to his children, Eliana and Emanuel.

Arthur Hufford

Arthur Hufford, The Goldin Group's Investment Specialist is also its Senior Real Estate Specialist, and has been in sales since 1993. A Certified Residential Specialist, he holds a degree in Business from Emory Business School and, prior to going into sales, spent 8 years in Construction and Development Lending with a major regional bank. Since 1996, Arthur has participated in over $40 million in Residential Real Estate Closings, and has extensive experience in on-site sales and on-site sales management for both condos and single family homes.

Arthur is a Life Member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors Three Million Dollar Club, as well as a Life Member of the Sales and Marketing Council Gold Circle for selling over $5 million in New Construction for three years in a row.

Arthur lives in Tucker with his wife Kathy, and three children: Julia, Dean, and Mary Stuart. He is an active member of the Tucker Parents Council as well as the Tucker Business Association.

Beverly Purtymun

A University of Georgia grad in Housing Management, Beverly has attained a tremendous amount of real estate experience over the past fourteen years including home sales, community-association management, property management, and office administration.

Beverly has been married for 43 years to her high school sweetheart. She met Larry when she was 10 years old and her family moved here from New Jersey, and her husband’s family moved from California.

Her interests include camping, wildlife & bird watching, and her rescued cats.

Matt Mitchell

With an extensive background that includes over 15 years in land development, Matt always had a desire to have his hand in residential housing. Matt began his career in real estate in 2007 with aspirations of providing better service than the typical agent offers. Matt has been trained by top professional agents in the Atlanta area giving him the skills to succeed. Those skills, combined with Matt’s integrity, energy, and hard work for all of his clients are the true recipe for his success.

Matt was born and raised in metro Atlanta and currently resides in the Roswell area with his wife and two children. An avid sports fan, he enjoys live events and following the local sports teams progress. Participating in outdoor events, watching live music and spending quality time with family and friends are a few of his interests outside of the real estate world.

There are many good real estate agents, but when I decided to focus my career on helping people with buying and selling their home, or managing, renting or purchasing investment property, I became dedicated to providing a higher level of service. I´ve named this service, "GOLDIN SERVICE," and to me, it is truly unique and the most precious gift I can give.

Did you know that there are more than 33,000 REALTORS in the state of Georgia (and even more who are not REALTORS but just licensed real estate agents)? Ever since I joined more than ten years ago, I have been in the top ten producers at the DeKalb Association of REALTORS (and the fifth top producer in 2020). I am also a member of both the Georgia Association of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS. Additionally, I am a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS).

This designation is awarded to only the most experienced and educated real estate professionals, so you can be assured that when you work with the Goldin Group you are receiving the highest level of real estate experience.
