Marc Goldin

Marc Goldin

Marc Goldin's career in Real Estate is best described by his wife, Carlyn, who said: "Marc is not only great at what he does, but he loves doing it, too." Since 2001, when he first earned his real estate license, Marc excelled at helping Buyers, Sellers and Landlords obtain their real estate goals. Serving the client with joy is our number one goal at The Goldin Group. Within two years he became the Number 1 agent in his office as well as his zip code, surpassing the next several agents combined. And, he has stayed in the Top 2 ever since! Marc is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) - the highest designation that can be awarded to residential real estate professionals.

With his background in telecommunications, sales, and marketing, Marc has learned the way a business should be run. Marc's background in the hospitality industry formed the foundation, and his desire, to serve his clients so his clients’ needs are not only met - but are exceeded as well.

Marc says, "Serving the client with joy is our number one goal at The Goldin Group. The joy is spreading as Marc's clients tend to refer him to family and friends again and again.

Marc is married to Carlyn and together they have two children, Eliana and Emanuel. Marc has served on the board of his synagogue, and as a founder, on the board of a local day school. In his personal time, Marc enjoys spending time with his family. He loves to paint with Carlyn, listen to Eliana play the piano, and build things with Emanuel.

Arthur Hufford

Arthur Hufford

Arthur Hufford, The Goldin Group's Investment Specialist is also its Senior Real Estate Specialist, and has been in sales since 1993. A Certified Residential Specialist, he holds a degree in Business from Emory Business School and, prior to going into sales, spent 8 years in Construction and Development Lending with a major regional bank. Since 1996, Arthur has participated in over $30 million in Residential Real Estate Closings, and has extensive experience in on-site sales and on-site sales management for both condos and single family homes.

Arthur is a Life Member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors Three Million Dollar Club, as well as a Life Member of the Sales and Marketing Council Gold Circle for selling over $5 million in New Construction for three years in a row.

Arthur lives in Tucker with his wife Kathy, and three children: Julia, Dean, and Mary Stuart. He is an active member of the Tucker Parents Council as well as the Tucker Business Association.

Beverly Purtymun

Beverly Purtymun

A University of Georgia grad in Housing Management, Beverly has attained a tremendous amount of real estate experience over the past fourteen years including home sales, community-association management, property management, and office administration.

Beverly has been married for 35 years to her high school sweetheart. She met Larry when she was 10 years old and her family moved here from New Jersey, and her husband’s family moved from California.

Her interests include camping, wildlife & bird watching, and her rescued cats.

Nava Maman

Nava Maman

Nava Maman worked as an intern at The Goldin Group while in high school and has returned, after a year in Israel, to work as the Administrative Assistant. Nava is a student at Kennesaw State University where she is pursuing a degree in Business Management. In her spare time she enjoys reading and music





George Ellman

George Ellman

George comes to The Goldin Group with over 35 years of residential and commercial construction experience. His prior building experience has taken him throughout the entire southeastern United States. George has built over 4,500 apartments, houses, office buildings, hotels, parking decks, and other structures. His experience is extensive and brings a wealth of knowledge and know-how, along with management expertise to our team. George has coached wrestling as a volunteer at a local high school for the past 21 years taking his team to top honors on many occasions. George and his wife Elana have two sons and three grandchildren.

Additionally, I am a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS).

This designation is awarded to only the most experienced and educated real estate professionals, so you can be assured that when you work with the Goldin Group you are receiving the highest level of real estate experience.
