With his background in telecommunications, sales, and marketing, Marc has learned the way a business should be run. Marc's background in the hospitality industry formed the foundation, and his desire, to serve his clients so his clients’ needs are not only met - but are exceeded as well.

Marc is married to Carlyn and together they have two children, Eliana and Emanuel. Marc has served on the board of his synagogue, and as a founder, on the board of a local day school. In his personal time, Marc enjoys spending time with his family. He loves to paint with Carlyn, listen to Eliana play the piano, and build things with Emanuel.
Arthur Hufford, The Goldin Group's Investment Specialist is also its Senior Real Estate Specialist, and has been in sales since 1993. A Certified Residential Specialist, he holds a degree in Business from Emory Business School and, prior to going into sales, spent 8 years in Construction and Development Lending with a major regional bank. Since 1996, Arthur has participated in over $30 million in Residential Real Estate Closings, and has extensive experience in on-site sales and on-site sales management for both condos and single family homes.
Arthur is a Life Member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors Three Million Dollar Club, as well as a Life Member of the Sales and Marketing Council Gold Circle for selling over $5 million in New Construction for three years in a row.
Arthur lives in Tucker with his wife Kathy, and three children: Julia, Dean, and Mary Stuart. He is an active member of the Tucker Parents Council as well as the Tucker Business Association.
A University of Georgia grad in Housing Management, Beverly has attained a tremendous amount of real estate experience over the past fourteen years including home sales, community-association management, property management, and office administration.
Beverly has been married for 35 years to her high school sweetheart. She met Larry when she was 10 years old and her family moved here from New Jersey, and her husband’s family moved from California.
Her interests include camping, wildlife & bird watching, and her rescued cats.
Dee comes to The Goldin Group with nearly thirty years’ experience in environmental/toxic tort litigation, and more than six years in the investment, development, and management of small commercial and retail properties. Dee has also spearheaded the purchase and redevelopment of Brownfield sites across the southeast. In 2004, Dee retired from a very busy professional life to spend some quality time with her mother, Emma. We are pleased to have coaxed Dee out of retirement to bring her experience and high energy to The Goldin Group.
With an extensive background that includes over 15 years in land development, Matt always had a desire to have his hand in residential housing. Matt began his career in real estate in 2007 with aspirations of providing better service than the typical agent offers. Matt has been trained by top professional agents in the Atlanta area giving him the skills to succeed. Those skills, combined with Matt’s integrity, energy, and hard work for all of his clients are the true recipe for his success.

Matt was born and raised in metro Atlanta and currently resides in the Roswell area with his wife and two children. An avid sports fan, he enjoys live events and following the local sports teams progress. Participating in outdoor events, watching live music and spending quality time with family and friends are a few of his interests outside of the real estate world.
Morghan Andrews was born in central New Jersey where she remained until the early 2000’s. She then relocated to North Fulton County, GA with her older brother and parents.
She attended North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University for two years and then transferred to SCAD where she received a degree in Graphic Communications. Morghan’s previous real estate experience includes design and marketing for a real estate firm, as well as, assisting in the residential mortgage process for a major mortgage provider. Morghan brings great organizational and relationship skills to the Goldin Group that directly translate into top notch Goldin Service.
Morghan’s interests include spending time with family and friends, travel, cooking, sports and meeting new people.
